Case Study Grünhof Transaction

In 2004, the DIC Group acquired the Grünhof Business Center in the north end of Frankfurt city center, with a total area of 15,000 sqm. The business center was almost entirely vacant, with a letting ratio of 10%. In the following years DIC repositioned the object with a new marketing concept.
