DIC rents GRÜNHOF to PA Consulting Group as their new German Headquarters

Frankfurt, 16.08.2005

Frankfurt-based DIC group has just signed a 10-year lease contract with PA Consulting Group for 1,800 square metres of offices in the city-near GRÜNHOF, Frankfurt.

As an international management system and technology consulting company, PA with 3,000 employees worldwide is active in more than 35 countries. GRÜNHOF in Frankfurt will be the new German headquarters as of October 01, 2005.

The DIC real estate group had acquired the GRÜNHOF properties together with the Morgan Standley Real Estate Fund (MSREF) in 2004. The lease contract was mediated by ATISREAL Frankfurt
