DIC Asset AG leases 7,300 sqm in Munich

Frankfurt, 23.09.2010

DIC Asset AG has leased approx. 7,300 sqm of office property in Munich (Hanauer Straße, close to the city centre) to Amgen GmbH. The German subsidiary of the world's largest biotechnology firm has extended the lease for its German headquarters for several years.

The modern, four-storey office building has a rental area of 10,600 sqm and was taken over by DIC in 2007 with its acquisition of the Dolphin portfolio. DIC ONSITE, which is responsible for operational real estate management, manages 16 properties throughout Bavaria with a total commercial rental space in excess of 150,000 sqm and a total value of around EUR 200 million.
