Frankfurt, 12.02.2009
Following the recently published successful disposals, the Frankfurt-based company DIC Asset AG (WKN 509840/ ISIN DE0005098404) has now sold another three properties for a total volume of approximately EUR 13 million.
DIC Asset AG has sold a mixed-use property of some 5,000 sqm office and retail space on Rathausplatz in Eschborn (near Frankfurt) to the Eschborn town council. Additionally, two smaller properties in Hamburg were disposed. All properties are part of the Opportunistic Co-Investments segment, which comprises real estate investments with a more pronounced return profile.
CEO Ulrich Höller: "In 2009, DIC remains busy with its selective sales strategy. The transactions prove that the market is receptive for active and well-connected participants despite continuing very difficult conditions."
