The DIC Group is expanding its management team

Frankfurt, 14.01.2009

In the wake of its expansion, DIC Group is strengthening its management team by hiring proven real estate experts.

Jens Kulicke – Managing Director of DIC Opportunistic GmbH
Jens Kulicke (47) has been appointed to the board of DIC Opportunistic GmbH with effect from 12 January 2009 and will be responsible for operations. Kulicke has many years’ experience in the real estate sector and was previously Managing Director of Buderus Immobilien GmbH.

Immo von Homeyer - Head of Group Communication
The newly created position of Head of Group Communication will be assigned to Immo von Homeyer (41). He will report directly to CEO Ulrich Höller and will be responsible for marketing and communication throughout the DIC Group. Von Homeyer has many years’ experience working in the communication departments of various real estate companies, most recently at HSH Nordbank AG and previously at IVG Immobilien AG.

Markus Palm - Head of Commercial Development at DIC Projektentwicklung
As Head of Commercial Development, Markus Palm (40) will run the Project Development team together with the Managing Director of DIC Development GmbH, Stefan Blümm. Palm is replacing Wolfgang Speckhahn, who will now be head of Transaction Management and Legal. Palm can look back on many years’ experience in development projects and was most recently employed as a branch manager at ORCO Projektentwicklung GmbH.
