DIC Asset AG’s Free Float Exceeds 50 per cent

Deutsche Immobilien Chancen AG & Co. KGaA, together with its subsidiaries DIC Opportunity Fund GmbH and DIC ML GmbH, and with Forum Partners S.à.r.l. successfully placed an aggregate stake of 8.25 per cent (equivalent to 2,350,000 shares) in DIC Asset AG with institutional investors today, via an accelerated bookbuilt offering. DIC Asset AG’s free float has thus increased from 46.7 per cent to 54.9 per cent, exceeding the 50 per cent level for the first time.

As part of the Company’s long-term investment and financing strategy, the placement has broadened the basis of DIC Asset AG’s free float.

Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Group will retain a stake of 30.6 per cent in DIC Asset AG.

Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank AG were mandated as Joint Bookrunners and Global Coordinators of the share offer. The shares were placed at a price of EUR 31.00 per share, raising aggregate proceeds of EUR 73 million.
