Frankfurt, 28.11.2005
The DIC group has let over 350 sq.m. in its property in
Frankfurt’s luxury retail area between Goethestraße and Fressgasse on a
ten-year lease to Nespresso Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of Nestlé.
The lease was arranged by real estate agent Jones Lang LaSalle.
Nespresso will take up the let in April 2006 for the purpose of
establishing the fourth Nespresso boutique in Germany, adding to their
existing chain of luxury retail outlets in such locations as London,
Paris and Rome. The building is part of the real estate portfolio
acquired by DIC and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund (MSREF) from
Frankfurter Sparkasse in 2004, and is being repositioned in the market
as part of general restructuring measures.
