Frankfurt-based DIC Asset have expanded their investment portfolio by
acquiring Creditreform headquarters in Neuss. The union of associations
Creditreform e.V. accommodates 350 employees on the approx. 7,000 sq.
m. of office space in this property representing the service center for
the entirely 130 Creditreform associations. The investment volume
amounts to around € 12 million. The property is under a long-term lease
contract with Creditreform. The transaction was procured and supported
by the brokerage firm Catella Eureal, Düsseldorf.
The responsible COO of DIC Asset, Jürgen Overath, says: “The
acquisition of Creditreform headquarters is clearly in line with our
consistent growth strategy focussing on investments with top lessees in
regions with good growth perspectives.“

is the stock-exchange listed subsidiary of the DIC real estate group,
Frankfurt, founded in 1998. It is active in the acquisition, sale,
