Frankfurt, 25.07.2005
Via their subsidiary DIC Asset, the Frankfurt-based DIC real estate
group recently sold seven properties with a total value of approx. € 13
million to private investors. These properties belong to a portfolio of
57 real estates with an investment volume totalling around € 150
million and had been acquired by DIC together with Morgan Stanley Real
Estate Fund (MSREF) from Frankfurter Sparkasse in December 2004. The
said seven buildings are presently used as business premises by
Frankfurter Sparkasse. The transactions were mediated by KnightFrank,
Frankfurt, as a marketing partner.
For the current business year 2005, this transaction represents the
successful re-placement of a series of objects not included in the
group's medium to long-term investment focus.
