The Frankfurt-based DIC real estate group has sold the Telekom-Hochhaus
in Hanau to an Israeli investor, Summit Real Estate. This highrise
property with 17,700 sqm floor space is let long-term to Deutsche
Telekom and is used for both technical purposes and customer services.
It is part of the Telekom portfolio acquired by DIC in 2003 for
development and future sale. The selling company was DIC Starwood
Immobilien GmbH. The investment amount totaled over 17 million.
