DIC Asset AG Reinforces Senior Management of DIC Onsite GmbH

• Christian Fritzsche appointed as additional member of the management board of DIC Onsite GmbH
• Experienced and very well-connected letting specialist for further growth
• Additional task of setting up a dedicated DIC research team

Frankfurt am Main, 3 March 2021. DIC Asset AG (ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4), one of Germany’s leading listed property companies, appointed Christian Fritzsche as new member of the management board of DIC Onsite GmbH since 1 March 2021. With eight branch offices across Germany, this operating subsidiary of DIC Asset AG covers the company’s very broad management spectrum in the areas of asset management, letting, property management and property development.

Christian Fritzsche will join Joachim von Bredow and Marco Knopp as third member of the senior management of DIC Onsite GmbH, the focus of his work being group-wide letting activities for proprietary holdings (Commercial Portfolio) and third-party business on behalf of institutional investors (Institutional Business).

Moreover, he will be responsible for setting up a central knowledge unit for DIC Asset that will supplement the external market research with independent analyses. This will enable DIC Asset to respond even more swiftly to changes in submarkets, and to keep exploiting opportunities for further growth.

Personal details: As a real estate industry expert with more than 20 years of experience, Christian Fritzsche has a long track record of successful lettings all over Germany. He has been with DIC Asset Group companies since 2010. In his most recent position at DIC Asset AG, he served as Head of Letting Operations. Previously, he worked as Director Commercial Leasing for IFM Asset Management and as a letting specialist for Union Investment, among other roles. Christian Fritzsche is a certified business administrator.
