2007

• City of Frankfurt and DIC Group have reached agreement on the redevelopment plans for the MainTor site
• Listing of shares of DIC Asset AG on the EPRA Index
• Acquisition of a portfolio consisting of 54 properties from HANSAINVEST
  
• Placement of DIC Asset shares by DIC, increase of free float to over 50%

2006

• Sale of a portfolio consisting of 48 properties to the French real estate investor INOVALIS
• DIC Asset AG: Second capital increase and placement of 8.16 million shares in December 2006, increase of free float to approx. 47%
• Acquisition of real estate portfolios from Landesbank Berlin (51 properties) and City of Hamburg (52 properties)
• DIC Asset AG: Acquisition of the real estate portfolio of the FAY Group, plus majority stake in FAY Property Management GmbH

2005

• Acquisition of 45 properties from MEAG together with MSREF
