The X-Act office building was constructed on the site of the International Trade Centre in Düsseldorf-Oberbilk in 2000 as part of the city’s new use concept for the location at Oberbilker Markt.

The facade, which is unusually progressive for an office and administration building, and the sculpture by artist Klaus Richter add to the beauty of this building.

The X-Act office building was aqcuired in mid 2006 from Hochtief Group in line of a portfolio deal.
