The DIC Group has restructured and converted the property on the Golden Mile between Goethestraße and Fressgaße, creating attractive new retail and office space with a modern layout. Even before the construction work was finished, the property was leased on a long-term basis and successfully sold.

The property was part of the 57-property portfolio with an investment volume of around EUR 150 million that the DIC Group had bought from Frankfurter Sparkasse in December 2004.
