DIC has developed a high-quality office and service center in a prime Luxembourg inner-city location. The Glacis business center, positioned in the top market segment, was planned by the MIPIM Award-winning architects Atelier d'Art Urbain. The building is firmly established as one of the top sites in Luxembourg's central business district.
Even before completion, DIC was able to announce a letting ratio of almost 100%. Marketing of the property was successfully completed in 2005.
