Nicolai Kuß Appointed to the Board of Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Group

Frankfurt, 20.11.2015

As of 01 November 2015, the supervisory board of Deutsche Immobilien Chancen AG & Co. KGaA appointed Nicolai Kuß (41) as further member of the management board where he joined Thomas Grimm (45).

In the beginning of 2015 Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Group and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) founded GEG German Estate Group AG (GEG); Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Group owns a majority stake in GEG. In addition the company engaged in investments in several project development companies. Nicolai Kuß is responsible for the investment management and for the further expansion of the investment portfolio.

Nicolai Kuß, who is Diplom-Kaufmann (german equivalent to MBA), served between 2009 and June 2015 as COO of GAGFAH Group, listed in the M-Dax. Before that, he worked for Fortress Investment Group in various senior positions.
